Your data
We process client data in UK or EU cloud regions agreed with each client. Files can be sent through a secure upload portal, which opens only once a data processing agreement is accepted. They are stored privately in the UK. A data processing agreement is available on request.
AI you can check
Our agents hand over to a person when they cannot help, and every call, message and action is logged. Before a release goes live it is tested against a set of real scenarios, and live work is reviewed every day so gaps are found and fixed.
Built from tested blocks
Most of each system is made of blocks already running for other clients, so the parts that matter most have been tested in real use before your project starts.
